Statement of Faith
At Yahweh-Nissi Ministries, our faith is rooted in the eternal Word of Yahweh, centered on Yeshua the Messiah, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We believe Scripture reveals Yahweh’s covenant love, His plan of redemption, and His desire to restore humanity through Yeshua the Messiah.
1. Yahweh Is One
We believe Yahweh is one eternal Elohim: holy, sovereign, everlasting, and Creator of all things.
“Hear, O Israel! Yahweh is our Elohim, Yahweh is one!”
“Then Elohim said, ‘Let Us (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) make man in Our image, according to Our likeness...’”
Yahweh alone is worthy of worship, honor, obedience, and praise. He is eternal in nature and unchanging in holiness and love.
2. Yeshua Is the Messiah and Son of Yahweh
We believe Yahweh sent His Son, Yeshua the Messiah, into the world as the promised Redeemer of Israel and Savior of humanity.
“Therefore Yahweh Himself will give you a sign: Listen carefully, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.”
“Look! The Lamb of Yahweh who takes away the sin of the world!”
“For this reason also, because He obeyed and so completely humbled Himself, Yahweh has highly exalted Him... so that at the name of Yeshua EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW.”
We believe Yeshua is our Passover Lamb, Savior, High Priest, Redeemer, and coming King.
3. Yeshua Will Return
We believe Yeshua the Messiah will return to the earth in power and glory to establish His Kingdom.
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The One riding it is called Faithful and True.”
“For Yeshua Himself will descend from heaven with a shout... and we who are alive and remain will together be caught up.”
We live with expectation, hope, and readiness for His glorious appearing.
4. Humanity Is Fallen and in Need of Redemption
We believe humanity was created in the image of Yahweh but became separated from Him through sin.
“Since all have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of Yahweh.”
“For it is by grace [Yahweh’s remarkable compassion and favor] that you have been saved through faith... not as a result of works.”
Redemption and salvation are found only through Yeshua the Messiah and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
5. The Scriptures Are Inspired by Yahweh
We believe the Holy Scriptures are inspired by Yahweh and are the foundation for truth, doctrine, correction, and spiritual growth.
“All Scripture is Yahweh-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction of sin, for correction of error.”
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
6. Eternal Redemption and Resurrection
We believe in eternal life through Yeshua the Messiah and in the resurrection of both the redeemed and the lost.
“Yeshua said to her, ‘I am the Resurrection and the Life; whoever believes in Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies.’”
“Many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life.”
7. The New Birth: Water and Spirit
We believe Yeshua taught that a person must be born of water and Spirit to enter the Kingdom of Yahweh.
“Unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of Yahweh.”
“Repent [change your old way of thinking] and each of you be baptized in the name of Yeshua the Messiah for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
“I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind.”
We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live holy, consecrated, Spirit-led lives and to walk in obedience, love, and truth.
